摘要
目的 探讨数字乳腺断层摄影(Digital breast tomosynthesis,DBT)参数与CA1 9-9、碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,ALP)的相关性及对乳腺癌的诊断价值.方法 选取2019年1月到2022年1月秦皇岛市第一医院收治的150例疑似乳腺癌患者,对患者进行检查,以病理检查结果为"金标准",确诊为乳腺癌的78例患者为研究组,非乳腺癌的72例患者为对照组.检测各组DBT参数与CA19-9、ALP的结果.结果 与对照组相比,研究组患者AGD、ESE、钙化分数、CA19-9、ALP升高(P＜0.05).与T1～T2期相比较、T3～T4期患者AGD、ESE、钙化分数、CA19-9、ALP升高(P＜0.05).AGD、ESE、钙化分数、CA19-9、ALP与病情分期呈正相关(P＜0.05).AGD、ESE、钙化分数与CA19-9、ALP表达水平正相关(P＜0.05).与AGD、ESE、钙化分数单项诊断相比,三项联合对乳腺癌的诊断价值较高,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001).结论 DBT参数对乳腺癌具有较高诊断价值,且与CA19-9、ALP具有一定相关性,可用于乳腺癌的诊断.
Abstract
Objective Correlation of digital breast tomosynthesis(DBT)parameters with CA19-9,alkaline phospha-tase(ALP)and diagnostic value for breast cancer.Methods a total of 150 patients with suspected breast cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were examined,and the results of pathological exami-nation were used as the"gold standard",78 patients diagnosed with breast cancer were the study group,and 72 patients with non breast cancer were the control group.The DBT parameters of each group were examined with the results of CA19-9 and ALP.Results patients in the study group had increased AGD,ESE,and calcification scores compared to patients in the control group(P＜0.05).Patients in T1～T2 phase and T3～T4 phase had higher AGD,ESE,calcifica-tion score,CA19-9 and ALP(P＜0.05).AGD,ESE,calcification fraction,CA19-9,ALP were positively correlated with different disease types(P＜0.05).The expression levels of CA19-9 and ALP were positively correlated with the expres-sion levels of AGD,ESE,and calcification fraction(P＜0.05).Compared with the single diagnoses of AGD,ESE,and calcification scores,the three associations had higher diagnostic values for breast cancer,with statistically significant differences(P=0.001).Conclusion DBT parameters have high diagnostic value in breast cancer,and they have some correlation with CA19-9 and ALP,which can be used to diagnose breast cancer.
