Objective To explore the efficacy of CT combined with carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the diagnosis of pulmonary ground-glassy nodules. Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed with pulmonary ground glass nodules were selected, all the patients were received CT and CEA examinations. The patients were divided into benign group(51 cases)and malignant group(69 cases)according to postoperative pathological results, and the CT imaging features and CEA levels were compared between the two groups. Results The number of cases with side pleural depression sign, burr sign, vacuole sign and edge lobed sign in the evil group was significantly higher than that in the benign group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CEA level of malignant group was(15.05±3.78)ng/mL,which was significantly higher than that of benign group(8.21±2.53)ng/mL,and the differ-ence between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of CT combined with CEA in the diagnosis of malignant nodules could reach 94.20%.Conclusion The combined diagnosis of CT and CEA has high sen-sitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of pulmonary ground-glass nodules, which has important clinical value in the di-agnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary ground-glass nodules.
