Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of thyroid nodules by C-TIRADS combined with serum micrornA-107(miR-107)detection.Methods Ninety-eight patients with thyroid nodules(113 nodules)in Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated Cancer Hospital from April 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,all of which were classified by C-TIRADS and serum miR-107 levels were detected.According to surgical pathology,malig-nant nodules were divided into malignant group and benign group.The relationship between ultrasonic C-TIRADS clas-sification and serum miR-107 level and benign and malignant thyroid nodules were analyzed,and the diagnostic value of thyroid nodules was analyzed.Results There were 113 nodules in 98 patients with thyroid nodules,of which 83 were benign,including 49 nodular goiter,24 thyroid adenomas,10 Hashimoto thyroiditis,and the remaining 30 malignant nodules were papillary carcinoma of thyroid.The nodules in the malignant group were subcapsular,the nodules were calcified inside,the C-TIRADS were classified as 4b or 4c and miR-107 were more than those in the benign group(P<0.05).Subcapsular nodules,intracranial calcification,C-TIRADS classification as 4b or 4c,and miR-107 were independ-ent risk factors for malignant thyroid nodules(P<0.05).The AUC value of ultrasound C-TIRADS combined with ser-um miR-107 level in the diagnosis of thyroid nodule properties was 0.907,which was higher than the AUC value of 0.702 and 0.835 respectively(Z statistics/P=3.300/0.001,2.410/0.016).The predicted value of thyroid nodule properties in the diagnosis of ultrasonic C-TIRADS combined with serum miR-107 level was in good agreement with the real value,the Brier score was 0.114,the calibration slope was 0.809,and the calibration degree was good.Conclu-sion Ultrasound C-TIRADS combined with serum miR-107 level has high clinical application value in the diagnosis of thyroid nodule properties.
