The Application Value of Dynamic Electrocardiography Combined with Serum Amyloid A1 and miR-499-5p Levels in the Early Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To Explore the Application Value of Dynamic Electrocardiography Combined with Serum Amyloid A1(SAA1)and microRNA(miR)-499-5p Levels in the Early Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction.Meth-ods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 82 patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction and 82 patients with stable angina who underwent examinations at our hospital from February 2021 to December 2023.Patients were divided into acute myocardial infarction group and stable angina group based on the type of disease.The study analyzed the influencing factors of acute myocardial infarction and the diagnostic efficacy of dynamic electrocardiography combined with SAA1 and miR-499-5p for acute myocardial infarction.Results In the acute myocardial infarction group,levels of cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ),plasma SAA1,serum miR-499-5p,and QTcd were higher compared to the stable angina group(P<0.05).cTnⅠ(OR=3.728,95%CI:1.489~9.339),plasma SAA1(OR=4.076,95%CI:1.627~10.208),serum miR-499-5p(OR=3.983,95%CI:1.590~9.976),and QTcd(OR=3.518,95%CI:1.405~8.813)were identified as risk factors for acute myocardial infarction(P<0.05).The sensitivity of dy-namic electrocardiography combined with SAA1 and miR-499-5p for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction was 0.73,0.81,0.72,and 0.92 respectively,while the specificity was 0.77,0.79,0.70,and 0.70 respectively,and the area under the curve was 0.731,0.781,0.735,and 0.887 respectively.Conclusion Plasma SAA1,serum miR-499-5p,and QTcd are associated with the onset of acute myocardial infarction,and their combination can be used to assist in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
