摘要

目的 了解2023年吉林大学中日联谊医院临床分离菌的分布及耐药性.方法 收集2023年1月至12月吉林大学中日联谊医院临床分离菌并采用统一方案进行抗菌药物敏感性试验,用WHONET5.6软件进行数据分析.结果 2023年共收集临床分离菌8157株,其中革兰阳性菌占32.1%,革兰阴性菌占67.9%.检出率排名前五位的是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌.甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的检出率是16.5%,碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)的检出率是4.8%,铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南和美罗培南的耐药率为19.6%和18.0%.结论 吉林大学中日联谊医院临床分离菌仍以革兰阴性菌为主,肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类药物的耐药率有所上升,铜绿假单胞菌对碳青霉烯药物的耐药率呈下降趋势.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of clinical isolated bacteria in Chi-na-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University in 2023.Methods Collect clinical isolated bacteria in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from January to December 2023,and conduct antimicrobial susceptibility tests according to a unified scheme.Use WHONET 5.6 software for data analysis.Results A total of 8157 clinical isolated bacteria were collected in 2023.Among them,Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 32.1%and Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 67.9%.The top five detection rates were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acineto-bacter baumannii and Staphylococcus aureus.The detection rate of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)was 16.5%,the detection rate of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKP)was 4.8%,and the resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem and meropenem were 19.6%and 18.0%respectively.Conclusion In China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University,clinical isolated bacteria are still mainly Gram-negative bacteria.The re-sistance rates of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii to carbapenem drugs have increased,and the re-sistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to carbapenem drugs has shown a downward trend.
