Surveillance of antimicrobial resistance among the bacterial isolates from China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University in 2023
Objective To investigate the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of clinical isolated bacteria in Chi-na-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University in 2023.Methods Collect clinical isolated bacteria in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from January to December 2023,and conduct antimicrobial susceptibility tests according to a unified scheme.Use WHONET 5.6 software for data analysis. Results A total of 8157 clinical isolated bacteria were collected in 2023.Among them,Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 32.1%and Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 67.9%.The top five detection rates were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acineto-bacter baumannii and Staphylococcus aureus. The detection rate of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)was 16.5%,the detection rate of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKP)was 4.8%,and the resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem and meropenem were 19.6%and 18.0%respectively.Conclusion In China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University, clinical isolated bacteria are still mainly Gram-negative bacteria. The re-sistance rates of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii to carbapenem drugs have increased, and the re-sistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to carbapenem drugs has shown a downward trend.
