成片区域更新探索应用——以上海光华路创意产业集聚区生态景观提升为例

摘要
近年来,我国经济结构调整与城市更新发展越来越广,一线城市大量成片工业用地逐渐失去昔日荣光,亟须通过产业更新推动新旧动能转换,实现可持续高品质发展.创意产业与城市更新有机结合提供了 1 种可行的再生途径.通过光华路创意产业集聚区的立项推进、统筹规划、子项实施全阶段过程分析,提出成片区域更新是以生态本底为基础条件、规划一体为核心技术、文化创意为融合要素的综合性长线项目.
Abstract
In recent years,China's economic restructuring and urban renewal development have become increasingly widespread,and a large amount of industrial land in first tier cities has gradually lost its former glory.It is urgent to promote the transformation of old and new kinetic energy through industrial renewal to achieve sustainable and high-quality development.The organic combination of creative industries and urban renewal provides a feasible path for regeneration.Through the analysis of the entire process of project initiation,overall planning,and sub project implementation in the Guanghua Road Creative Industry Cluster,it is proposed that regional renewal is a comprehensive long-term project based on ecological background,integrated planning as the core technology,and cultural and creative elements.
