摘要
广州白云机场是我国重要的枢纽机场,分南、北 2 个出入口,目前由于北出入口道路未能快速接入高速公路系统,导致南、北出入口交通分配不均,影响机场集疏运效率.白云机场北进场路是空港枢纽往北的放射道路,也是城市骨架路网的重要组成部分.拉通北进场道路,实现与高速公路的直连,将大大提升空港北出入口疏运能力,助推空港经济区发展.结合空港经济区相关规划,分析项目功能定位与技术标准,系统介绍工程总体设计原则与设计方案,主要包括路线方案、断面方案、竖向设计方案、立交节点方案等.结合用地条件对重点路段的路线方案进行研究比选,优选出拆迁少、标准合理、易实施的方案;结合规划与需求对立交节点进行多方案比选,提出优选方案;充分考虑交通需求,提出花都大道立交的近远期实施计划,并预留好远期实施条件.
Abstract
Guangzhou Baiyun Airport is an important hub airport in China,with two entrances in the north and south.Currently,due to the failure of the north entrance road to quickly access the expressway system,the traffic distribution between the north and south entrances is uneven,affecting the efficiency of airport collection and distribution.The north approach road of Baiyun Airport is a radial road northward from the airport hub and an important part of the urban skeleton road network.The connection of the north approach road to the expressway will greatly enhance the transportation capacity of the airport north entrance and promote the development of the airport economic zone.Combined with relevant planning of the airport economic zone,analyze the functional positioning and technical standards of the project,systematically introduce the overall design principles and design schemes of the project,mainly including route scheme,section scheme,vertical design scheme,interchange node scheme,etc.Combine with land use conditions to study and compare the route scheme of key sections,and optimize the scheme with less demolition,reasonable standards and easy implementation;Combine planning and demand to compare multiple schemes for interchange nodes,and propose the preferred scheme;fully consider traffic demand,propose a near-term and long-term implementation plan for Huadu Avenue interchange,and reserve good long-term implementation conditions.
