Functional Architecture&Implementation of Intelligent Management System for Water Supply Pumping Stations
Water supply pumping stations play a crucial role in municipal water supply systems.The safe and efficient operation of water supply pumping stations is the foundation for ensuring the safety and economy of the water supply system.To achieve efficient operation of water supply pumping stations,in addition to selecting efficient pumping station equipment,designing reasonable pumping station operation control strategies is also an effective way to improve pumping station operation efficiency.To ensure the safe operation of pump station units,real-time monitoring and effective intervention of the operating status of pump station units are necessary to prevent the occurrence of faults.At the same time,when faults occur,they should be accurately diagnosed and dealt with to ensure safety.For optimizing operation,it is necessary to scientifically analyze the energy demand of the system.Based on grasping the energy demand,optimizing the number of water pumps and operating parameters of the water supply pump station can achieve efficient operation of the water supply pump station.For operational status evaluation and fault diagnosis,it is necessary to study data monitoring methods that can evaluate the health status and fault diagnosis of pump stations,and evaluate the health status of pump station system equipment through effective algorithms.Based on the requirements of high efficiency and safety of pumping stations,propose the functions and software and hardware architecture of the intelligent management system for municipal water supply pumping stations,and explain the relevant algorithms with practical cases.The research provides strong support for the design and implementation of smart systems for water supply pumping stations.
