Exploration of Project Management Ideas for Airport Major Projects in the Early Stage Based on the Complexity Degradation Principle
Project management in the early stage of major engineering plays a decisive role in project implementation and cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Taking the Shanghai Pudong International Airport Phase Ⅳ project as an example,based on the principle of complexity degradation,the entire process of construction management is deduced from the overall plan in the early stage of the project,and the system complexity factors in the construction implementation process are excavated.Finally,the strong correlation element characteristics of the complex system are accurately identified,and professional degradation and response work is carried out based on the identification results.Engineering applications have shown that the project management approach based on the principle of complexity degradation is practical and reliable,effectively improving the management decision-making of this major project,and providing technical guidance and experience reference for similar major projects.
