摘要

以珠海隧道始发井及车架段深基坑开挖工程为背景,利用数值模拟,研究基坑开挖引起的地表沉降对邻近既有燃气管道内力的影响.利用有限元方法,将监测得到的燃气管道沉降数据作为数值模型的边界条件,反算燃气管道的内力变化.根据数值模拟结果,选取管道局部内力突变与内力较高的部位,进行现场监测.模拟结果表明,地层沉降引起的燃气管道内力增加有限.现场监测结果也证明,管道整体内力水平处于安全范围内,暂不需要对燃气管道采取防护措施.

Abstract

Taking the excavation project of the starting shaft and frame section of the Zhuhai Tunnel as the background,numerical simulation is used to study the influence of surface settlement caused by excavation on the internal forces of adjacent existing gas pipelines.Using the finite element method,the monitored gas pipeline settlement data is used as the boundary condition of the numerical model to calculate the internal force changes of the gas pipeline.Based on the numerical simulation results,select the parts of the pipeline with sudden changes in local internal forces and high internal forces for on-site monitoring.The simulation results indicate that the increase in internal forces of gas pipelines caused by geological subsidence is limited.The on-site monitoring results also prove that the overall internal force level of the pipeline is within the safe range,and there is no need to take protective measures for the gas pipeline temporarily.
