The surplus space below the shield tunnel is used as a passage for municipal pipelines,which improves the comprehensive utilization rate of shield space resources and also solves the needs of municipal pipeline construction.It is low-carbon,environmentally friendly,and has good economic benefits.There is a DN1 200 water supply pipe installed in the Zhuhai Avenue Tunnel,with reserved channels for high-voltage power pipes and communication pipes.In conjunction with the Zhuhai Avenue Tunnel project,the compliance of municipal pipelines with tunnel construction will be studied.Focus on analyzing the process layout,entry and exit tunnel routing,lifting and transportation routes,and construction timing of municipal pipelines,and propose the construction steps for the DN1 200 water supply pipe to be synchronized with the shield tunneling main body and the later construction of power cables.At the same time,an analysis is conducted on the safety of municipal pipelines during tunnel construction.Measures such as setting maintenance valves,exhaust valves,and drain valves are adopted for the water supply pipes,and the tunnel wastewater drainage system is used to discharge water from the pipelines.Finally,research the fire safety measures for high-voltage power cable cabins to ensure the safe operation of tunnels and municipal pipelines.
