摘要
冻结孔钻孔及封孔是冻结法连接通道施工的关键环节,其每个环节的质量控制不当均可能引起施工风险.结合以往冻结法连接通道冻结孔施工过程中的风险案例,分析常规冻结孔钻孔密封及封孔工艺存在的不足,研究 1 种新型预埋孔口管的冻结法连接通道冻结孔钻孔密封及封孔施工技术,同时通过试验验证工艺的可行性,为以后冻结法连接通道安全施工提供支撑.
Abstract
Drilling and sealing of frozen holes is a crucial step in the construction of connecting channels using the freezing method.Improper quality control in each step may lead to construction risks.Based on previous risk cases in the construction process of freezing holes connecting channels using the freezing method,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of conventional freezing hole drilling sealing and sealing technology,and studies a new type of freezing method connecting channel freezing hole drilling sealing and sealing construction technology for pre-embedded hole mouth pipes.At the same time,the feasibility of the technology is verified through experiments,providing support for the safe construction of freezing method connecting channels in the future.
