正装迭代法在拱梁组合结构桥梁上的应用

为快速、准确地得到拱梁组合结构桥梁施工索力,以云南省昆明市禄劝县东华桥为研究背景,采用桥梁博士V4.3 有限元软件,通过正装迭代法求得合理成桥状态对应的施工索力后,用于现场施工控制,最后将实测得到的成桥索力与理论成桥索力进行对比.实践证明:采用正装迭代法具有操作简单、收敛速度快等优点,求出的施工索力用于施工张拉,所得实际成桥索力与理论成桥索力吻合度较好,达到预设的成桥内力状态,从而避免后期反复的调索过程,可有效优化施工流程、缩短施工工期和节约施工投入.
Application of Forward Iteration Method in Arch Beam Composite Structure Bridge
To quickly and accurately obtain the construction cable force of arch beam composite structure bridge,taking Donghua Bridge in Luquan County,Kunming,Yunnan Province as the research background,the Bridge Doctor V4.3 finite element software was used to obtain the construction cable force corresponding to the reasonable completed bridge state through the forward iteration method,which was used for the field construction control.Finally,the measured completed bridge cable force was compared with the theoretical completed bridge cable force.Practice has proved that the forward iteration method has the advantages of simple operation and fast convergence speed.The construction cable force obtained is used for construction tensioning,and the actual completed bridge cable force obtained is in good agreement with the theoretical completed bridge cable force,reaching the preset internal force state of the completed bridge,so as to avoid the repeated cable adjustment process in the later stage,which can effectively optimize the construction process,shorten the construction period and save construction investment.
