免装饰混凝土在城市轨道交通工程中应用广泛,但配合比设计方面的研究有限.研究以混凝土的工作性能、力学性能为衡量标准,首先优选原材料、减水剂及确定外加剂掺量,然后对混凝土基础配合比进行优化,获得砂率、单掺粉煤灰掺量、单掺矿渣粉掺量 3 个参数的合理值.通过三因素三水平正交试验,测得混凝土的工作性能和抗压强度,获得免装饰混凝土的最优配合比.将研究成果应用到深圳轨道交通L12停车场立柱施工中,取得良好效果.
Decorative free concrete is widely used in urban rail transit engineering,but the research on mix design is limited.Taking the working performance and mechanical properties of concrete as the measurement standard,the study first selects raw materials,water reducing agent and determines the amount of admixture,and then optimizes the concrete foundation mix proportion to obtain the reasonable values of three parameters:sand rate,the amount of fly ash and slag powder.Through the orthogonal test of three factors and three levels,the working performance and compressive strength of concrete are measured,and the optimal mix proportion of non-decorative concrete is obtained.The research results were applied to the column construction of Shenzhen rail transit L12 parking lot,and achieved good results.
