摘要
当前在城区的工程建设中,基坑开挖对周边环境的影响越来越受到重视,往往需要采用分区措施.文章依托上海市静安区天目社区 73 地块基坑工程项目,从基坑分区的角度,详细探讨软土地区复杂受限条件下大面积异形基坑的分区设计.研究表明在复杂受限条件下,特别是存在轨道交通等重点保护对象时,基坑分区除了要考虑周边环境,还应当考虑造价和工期.研究案例可供类似工程借鉴和参考.
Abstract
In the current engineering construction in the urban area,the impact of foundation pit excavation on the surrounding environment has been paid more and more attention,and zoning measures are often required.Based on the foundation pit engineering project of Block 73,TianmuCommunity,Jing'an District,Shanghai,this paper discusses the zoning design of large-area special-shaped foundation pit under complex restricted conditions in soft soil area from the perspective of foundation pit zoning.The research shows that under complex and restricted conditions,especially when there are key protected objects such as rail transit,the foundation pit zoning should consider not only the surrounding environment,but also the cost and construction period.The research case can be used for reference for similar projects.
