Thinking about Inventory&Investment Promotion in Infrastructure Field:from the Perspective of Promoting the Reform of State-Owned Assets&SOEs Based on the State-Owned Assets Operation Platform
China's economy has entered a new stage of high-quality development,and the problems and challenges caused by the external environment and domestic reform are becoming increasingly complex.At present,it is mainly faced with the problem of insufficient effective demand,especially the complex situation of local governments'risk prevention,stable investment and weak points.In order to give better play to the unique functions of state-owned capital operation companies,strengthen the revitalization of stock assets,form a virtuous cycle of stock assets and new investment,and try to solve the structural mismatch between capital demand and supply side in the field of investment and financing.The paper combines the empirical analysis with case study,and the results show that the state-owned assets operation companies help the inventory consolidation and new investment in the field of state-owned assets through financial investment,capital operation drive,and full cycle management of financial investment,management and withdrawal.At the practical operation level,it plays a unique role by initiating the establishment of investment funds in the field of state-owned assets inventory consolidation,so as to enhance the energy level of activating the stock assets in the field of infrastructure and driving effective investment.Therefore,we should further give play to the unique functions of state-owned capital operation companies and play an active role in promoting high-quality economic development,leading the rational layout of state-owned capital,adjusting the structure and improving the allocation efficiency and other important fields and key links.
