Analysis&Application of Pipe Jacking Construction Disturbance Based on Small Hole Expansion Theory
In view of the disturbance of pipe jacking crossing construction, relying on the pipe jacking underpass box culvert project of a sewage treatment plant, the interaction of pipe jacking soil box culvert is compiled and calculated by using MATLAB platform based on the small hole expansion theory of geotechnical medium, and the changes of stress and displacement of existing box culvert structure caused by pipe jacking construction are analyzed considering different excavation surface support forces and different pipe jacking buried depths. The results show that the additional vertical displacement and bending moment of the box culvert caused by pipe jacking construction are symmetrical along the pipe jacking axis, and the additional stress of the box culvert decreases from the pipe jacking axis to both sides. With the increase of the buried depth of pipe jacking and the support force of the excavation face, the maximum displacement, stress and bending moment of the existing box culvert gradually decrease.According to the buried depth of pipe jacking, selecting the appropriate support force of the excavation face can effectively reduce the construction disturbance of pipe jacking construction to the existing box culvert. At the same time, through the analysis of the field measured data, the consistency between the theoretical analysis of the deformation of pipe jacking through the stratum and structures and the field measured law is verified, and the application of the small hole expansion theory in the field of pipe jacking engineering is widened.
