Collaborative Planning Practice of Typical Node Cities'Rail Transit Facing the Integration of Yangtze River Delta:a Case Study of Jiaxing
Aiming at the problems of uncertain rail transit mode, unclear level and easy confusion of functions in small and medium-sized cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, this paper puts forward collaborative planning measures through the example of Jiaxing in Zhejiang. It analyzes the necessity of rail transit development from the three levels of region-city area-city,and puts forward that taking advantage of the development of intercity railway in metropolitan area to plan the construction of urban railway, promoting the integration of two networks of intercity railway in metropolitan area and urban(suburban)railway is the top priority, while building a low volume rail transit network with high-quality network in central urban area.Jiaxing's rail transit planning and layout focuses on regional coordination, interconnection, direct central connection, and scale control. It is planned to form a three main, two auxiliary, and five connected urban railway network and a grid radial modern tram network to support the development requirements of Jiaxing's external integration, cohesion, strength, and ecology.Through the analysis of examples,it hopes to provide references for other cities of the same type.
