Planning Practice of Waterlogging Control in Riverside Rainy Industrial&Mining Cities:a Case Study of Ma'anshan
Urban waterlogging has posed a major challenge to people's livelihood security,especially in recent years,the synergistic effect of climate change and urbanization has significantly increased the incidence and severity of waterlogging events.To build an effective urban waterlogging prevention and control system,systematic planning and design must be carried out according to the specific situation of the city.At present,China has more than 200 industrial and mining cities.The problems of water and soil loss,river sedimentation and drainage system blockage caused by industrial and mining activities in these cities constitute the main difficulties of waterlogging prevention and control.This study selected Ma'anshan in Anhui Province.as a case,which is a typical riverside rainy industrial and mining city,and analyzed the construction and effect of its waterlogging control system,which may provide experience reference for similar cities.
