摘要

随着技术进步和管理理念的更新,城市排水管网潜水作业的标准规范与安全提升策略需要不断适应新的变化,以应对城市化进程中的新挑战.文章通过深入分析现有城市排水管网潜水作业中存在的包括安全风险、技术和设备落后等主要问题,提出包括制定更详细具体的作业标准、引入先进技术和设备、加强专业培训等一系列改进措施.研究旨在通过探讨如何制定科学合理的城市排水管网潜水作业标准规范,以及采取有效的策略,来应对城市化进程中日益复杂的城市排水管网系统维护工作面临的挑战,从而提升潜水作业的安全水平和效率性,确保城市排水管网的安全、高效、稳定运行.

Abstract

With the technological progress and the renewal of management concept,the standards and safety promotion strategies of diving operation in urban drainage network need to constantly adapt to new changes to meet the new challenges in the process of urbanization.Through in-depth analysis of the main problems existing in the diving operation of the existing urban drainage network,including safety risks,backward technology and equipment,this paper puts forward a series of improvement measures,including formulating more detailed and specific operation standards,introducing advanced technology and equipment,and strengthening professional training.The purpose is to explore how to formulate scientific and reasonable standards and specifications for diving operation of urban drainage network and take effective strategies to deal with the challenges faced by the increasingly complex maintenance of urban drainage network system in the process of urbanization,so as to improve the safety and efficiency of diving operation and ensure the safe,efficient and stable operation of urban drainage network.
