摘要

顶管作为非开挖技术的典型代表,在市政管网建设中应用十分广泛.然而,当顶管近穿既有运行地下建(构)筑物以及遇到地下障碍物时,施工将面临困难.文章结合具体工程案例,基于数值模拟分析和工效比选,介绍了上海市某污水处理厂顶管近穿既有运行箱涵加固保护技术与突遇板桩退管拔桩施工成套技术.这些成功的施工经验能够为类似工程提供借鉴与参考.

Abstract

As a typical representative of trenchless technology,pipe jacking is widely used in municipal pipe network construction.However,when the pipe jacking passes through the existing underground buildings(structures)and encounters underground obstacles,the construction will face difficulties.Combined with specific engineering cases,based on numerical simulation analysis and work efficiency comparison,this paper introduces the reinforcement and protection technology of pipe jacking near existing operating box culvert in a sewage treatment plant in Shanghai and the complete set of construction technology of sudden sheet pile withdrawal and pile pulling.These successful construction experience can provide reference for similar projects.
