近邻大直径隧道深基坑开挖微变形控制

Micro-Deformation Control of Deep Foundation Pit Excavation of Adjacent Large Diameter Tunnel

以上海市北横通道新建路西匝道深基坑为对象,在基坑近邻大直径隧道仅为 1.10~2.77 m的不利条件下,提出针对基坑微变形控制的主要措施:加固基坑地基、加强基坑垫层、局部斜撑增加钢围檩、围护墙接缝止水补强、规范土方开挖、采用支撑伺服系统及分支护.同时提出针对隧道保护的主要措施:管片结构增加剪力销、提高管片结构配筋、采用口型件施工并在其两侧用素混凝土回填、预埋钢板、改善同步注浆质量以及增加二次注浆孔.通过对基坑开挖微变形控制和隧道保护措施,可实现近邻大直径隧道深基坑工程的安全实施.
Taking the deep foundation pit of the west ramp of Xinjian Rd.of Shanghai Beiheng Passage as the object,under the unfavorable condition that the adjacent large-diameter tunnel of the foundation pit is only 1.10~2.77 m,the main measures for controlling the micro-deformation of the foundation pit are put forward:strengthening the foundation pit foundation,strengthening the foundation pit cushion,increasing the steel purlin with local diagonal bracing,reinforcing the water stop of the enclosure wall joint,standardizing the earth excavation,using the support servo system and branch protection.At the same time,the main measures for tunnel protection are put forward:increasing shear pins in segment structure,improving the reinforcement of segment structure,using mouth shaped parts for construction and backfilling with plain concrete on both sides,embedding steel plates,improving the quality of synchronous grouting and adding secondary grouting holes.Through the micro-deformation control of foundation pit excavation and tunnel protection measures,the safe implementation of deep foundation pit engineering adjacent to large diameter tunnel can be realized.
