摘要

依托工程盖梁节段反拉法的施工过程,提取所有可能影响盖梁高程偏差的因素,形成盖梁高程偏差随机函数.采用蒙特卡罗模拟法分析盖梁高程偏差,通过考虑概率系数,最终形成反拉法施工盖梁高程偏差的实用计算公式和高程控制要求,为今后类似预制拼装构件的偏差研究提供参考.

Abstract

Based on the construction process of the bent cap segment reverse pulling method,all factors that may affect the elevation deviation of the bent cap are extracted to form a random function of the elevation deviation of the bent cap.The elevation deviation of capping beam is analyzed by Monte Carlo simulation method.By considering the probability coefficient,the practical calculation formula and elevation control requirements of the elevation deviation of capping beam constructed by reverse pulling method are finally formed,which provides a reference for the deviation research of similar prefabricated components in the future.
