文章以上海市浦东新区唐镇A项目为研究案例,首先简要介绍研究背景;其次结合保障性租赁住房(下文简称"保租房")、公共租赁房、征收安置房的建设成本指标,选取对标项目,并分析对标项目的建设成本差异.文章重点阐述建设成本优化具体建议与研究成果,并在此基础上提出了后续建设成本管控设想.
Analysis on Construction Cost of Affordable Rental Housing&Specific Suggestions:Taking Tangzhen Project A as an Example
Taking the project A of Tangzhen as the research case,it first briefly introduces the research background;then,combined with the construction cost indicators of affordable rental housing(hereinafter referred to as guaranteed rental housing),public rental housing and resettlement housing,the benchmarking projects are selected and the construction cost differences of benchmarking projects are analyzed.It focuses on the specific suggestions of construction cost optimization.Finally,the research results are worthy of recognition,and on this basis,the idea of subsequent construction cost control is put forward.
