机场内不停航条件下梳齿型伸缩装置的改良及禁区安装研究

近年来机场实施改扩建过程中,出现很多供飞机滑行的飞行区桥梁维保改造工程.桥梁结构中的伸缩装置一直以来存在损坏频率高、维修更换困难的问题.飞行区桥梁工程的伸缩装置既要在重载条件下具备足够的耐久性,又要满足维修便捷,一旦发生损坏,需快速维修,不影响机场正常运营.由此,对此类伸缩装置提出了更高的要求.文章通过对现有伸缩装置进行比选及改良,研究出 1 种适用于机场滑行道桥的重载型快速更换伸缩装置,目前已在上海虹桥机场投入使用.
Research on the Improvement of Comb Type Telescopic Device&the Installation of Forbidden Zone under the Condition of Non-Stop Navigation in the Airport
In recent years,in the process of airport reconstruction and expansion,there have been many maintenance and reconstruction projects of bridges in the flight area for aircraft taxiing.The expansion device in the bridge structure has always had the problems of high damage frequency and difficult maintenance and replacement.The expansion device of the bridge engineering in the flight area should not only have enough durability under heavy load conditions,but also meet the requirements of convenient maintenance.Once damaged,it needs to be repaired quickly without affecting the normal operation of the airport.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for this kind of expansion device.By comparing and improving the existing expansion device,this paper studies a heavy-duty rapid replacement expansion device suitable for airport taxiway bridge,which has been put into use in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport.
