给水厂污泥是制水过程中产生的高含水率、含有机物且存在污染风险的泥质废弃物,目前以填埋处置为主,存在占用土地、污染环境和排放温室气体等问题.文章以上海典型给水厂污泥为研究对象,系统地分析其含水率、有机质、力学性能、矿物组成和环境属性;根据联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change,IPCC)的核算准则,结合全生命周期评价(Life Cycle Assessment,LCA),对给水厂污泥直接填埋和固化制备回填材料进行碳排放核算.研究结果指出,开发高效且低碳的污泥固化剂是给水厂污泥制备回填材料实现低碳利用路径的关键.
Analysis of Environmental Attributes of Water Supply Plant Sludge Resources&Research on Its Low Carbon Utilization Path
Water supply plant sludge is a kind of muddy waste with high moisture content,organic matter and pollution risk generated in the process of water production.At present,it is mainly disposed by landfill,which has the problems of occupying land,polluting the environment and emitting greenhouse gases.Taking the sludge of typical water supply plants in Shanghai as the research object,this paper systematically analyzes its moisture content,organic matter,mechanical properties,mineral composition and environmental properties.According to the accounting standards of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC),combined with Life Cycle Assessment(LCA),carbon emission accounting is conducted for the direct landfill and solidification of water supply plant sludge to prepare backfill materials.The research results show that the development of efficient and low-carbon sludge solidification agent is the key to the low-carbon utilization path of water supply plant sludge backfill materials.
