摘要
湖泊是江西省南昌市江河水系的重要组成部分,是蓄洪储水的重要空间,在防洪、供水、生态调节等方面具有不可替代的作用.长期以来,南昌市高新技术开发区创新二路明渠和南塘湖水系存在污染严重、水质不达标、生态恶化、水利设施老化不足、城市公园水体观感差、生物栖息地被破坏等突出问题,湖泊功能不同程度退化.针对南塘湖水系自身特点和突出问题,实施综合生态治理是加强湖泊管理保护、改善湖泊生态环境、维护湖泊健康生命、实现湖泊功能永续利用的重要制度保障,也是加强生态文明建设的具体举措.
Abstract
Lakes are an important part of the river system in Nanchang,Jiangxi.They are an important space for flood storage,and play an irreplaceable role in flood control,water supply,and ecological regulation.For a long time,the open channel of the Second Chuangxin Road in Nanchang High Tech Development Zone and the water system of Nantang Lake have some prominent problems,such as serious pollution,substandard water quality,ecological deterioration,insufficient aging of water conservancy facilities,poor water appearance in urban parks,destruction of biological habitats,and degradation of lake functions in different degrees.According to the characteristics and prominent problems of the water system of Nantang Lake,the implementation of comprehensive ecological management is an important institutional guarantee to strengthen the management and protection of the lake,improve the ecological environment of the lake,maintain the healthy life of the lake,and realize the sustainable use of lake functions,which is also a specific measure to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.
