摘要

市政雨污水泵站(包括调蓄池)具有排水流量波动幅度大,运行过程时断时续的特点,这种不断变化的运行工况以及气温、气压的变化均对市政泵站(包括调蓄池)的臭气排放量及排放浓度影响较大.文章在归纳了常用除臭工艺特点的基础上,根据上述臭气排放影响因素,对各种除臭工艺用于市政雨污水泵站(包括调蓄池)除臭工程做适应性分析,并提出适合于市政雨污水泵站(包括调蓄池)运行特点的臭气处理工艺.文章还总结了工程设计及运行控制的技术要点,以确保臭气达标排放.

Abstract

The municipal rainwater and sewage pump station(including the storage tank)has the characteristics of large fluctuation of drainage flow and intermittent operation process.This constantly changing operating condition and the changes of air temperature and pressure have a great impact on the odor emission and emission concentration of the municipal pump station(including the storage tank).On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of common deodorization processes,according to the above influencing factors of odor emission,this paper analyzes the adaptability of various deodorization processes for municipal rainwater and sewage pump stations(including storage tanks)deodorization projects,and puts forward odor treatment processes suitable for the operation characteristics of municipal rainwater and sewage pump stations(including storage tanks).The paper also summarizes the technical points of engineering design and operation control to ensure the odor emission up to standard.
