基于用户水量水压稳定的供水系统优化研究——以嘉兴市区为例

摘要
2022 年,嘉兴市政府提出了打造"最优供水城市"的目标,坚定"水为民生"的初心,以"优质水"满足人民对美好生活的向往.目前,嘉兴市区供水系统在输水干管、局部供水主干管、乡镇供水主干管布局方面存在不合理现象,加上部分乡镇位置偏远,导致局部地区在供水高峰期水压水量无法保障.文章以问题为导向,从水量分配、规划水厂和水源地选择、供水范围优化、供水管网能力提升等方面对嘉兴市区供水系统进行整体完善.通过模拟评估,优化后的供水系统基本可实现 2030 年和 2035 年的目标.
Abstract
In 2022,Jiaxing Municipal Government put forward the goal of building an optimal water supply city,determined to water for people's livelihood,and satisfied the people's yearning for a better life with high-quality water.At present,Jiaxing urban water supply system is irrational in the layout of main water supply pipes,local main water supply pipes and township main water supply pipes.In addition,some villages and towns are located in remote areas,which makes the water pressure and volume in some areas unable to be guaranteed during the peak water supply period.This paper is problem oriented,and improves the overall water supply system in Jiaxing downtown from the aspects of water distribution,planning water plants and water source selection,water supply scope optimization,and water supply network capacity improvement.Through simulation evaluation,the optimized water supply system can basically achieve the goals of 2030 and 2035.
