盾构推拼同步技术的路径比选、技术实现与工程应用

摘要
为突破长大盾构隧道施工效率瓶颈,推动盾构施工组织管理能级提升,亟待研发盾构推拼同步技术,将管片拼装作业时间充分融入盾构推进当中.文章通过对国内外现有的 4 种推拼同步技术方案进行对比与分析,明确了推力矢量控制方案在盾构设备改造、管片结构形式变更、控制方式实现难度和效率提升能力等方面的优势,最终被确定为可借鉴方案.为提升该方案技术的可行性、可靠性和可操作性,分别从设备关键参数选定、推力控制方案优化和拼装机同步功能开发等方面进行研究.经实际工程示范应用的验证,单环管片作业效率提升超过25%.同时,为确保作业效率的持续提升,在后续的人员技术培训、作业流程优化和施工组织管理等方面仍有进一步完善的必要.
Abstract
To break through the bottleneck of the construction efficiency of long&large shield tunnels and promote the improvement of the level of shield construction organization and management,it is urgent to develop the synchronous technology of shield pushing and assembling,and fully integrate the segment assembling operation time into the shield pushing.Through the comparison and analysis of the four existing push and splice synchronization technology schemes at home and abroad,this paper defines the advantages of the thrust vector control scheme in shield equipment transformation,segment structure change,control mode implementation difficulty and efficiency improvement ability,and is finally determined as a reference scheme.To improve the feasibility,reliability and operability of the scheme technology,the selection of key parameters of the equipment,the optimization of thrust control scheme and the development of synchronous function of the assembly machine were studied.The operation efficiency of single ring segment has been improved by more than 25%after the verification of practical engineering demonstration application.At the same time,in order to ensure the continuous improvement of operation efficiency,it is still necessary to further improve the follow-up personnel technical training,operation process optimization and construction organization management.
