以广东省佛山市里水河流域治理工程为背景,解决补水压力管道穿越高速公路的关键问题,研究并提出 3个穿越位置,2 种穿越方案.通过技术、经济、实施难度对比分析,选择利用现状DN1 000 钢筋混凝土过路管道作为套管进行穿越的方案,具有技术可行、经济节省、实施难度小,路基承载力和沉降量符合要求,不会对现状道路造成影响的优势.施工阶段对压力管道穿越进行详细的工艺设计.目前压力管道已实施完成,运行状况良好,未对道路设施产生影响.
Taking the Lishui River Basin treatment project in Foshan,Guangdong as the background,this paper solves the key problems of water supply pressure pipeline crossing expressway,studies and puts forward three crossing positions and two crossing schemes.Through the comparative analysis of technology,economy and implementation difficulty,the scheme of using the existing DN1000 reinforced concrete crossing pipeline as the casing for crossing has the advantages of technical feasibility,economic savings,small implementation difficulty,subgrade bearing capacity and settlement meeting the requirements,and will not affect the existing road.Detailed process design shall be carried out for pressure pipeline crossing at the construction stage.At present,the pressure pipeline has been implemented and operated in good condition without affecting road facilities.
