关于青岛西海岸新区停车系统规划实践的思考

摘要
随着近年来经济社会的快速发展,山东省青岛市西海岸新区的城市机动化进程快速推进,机动车高拥有率、高增长率、高使用率的"三高"问题日益突出,停车供需矛盾已影响城市交通的健康运行.为更好地解决新区"停车难"问题,对新区停车发展策略做系统性规划.文章以青岛西海岸新区的停车系统为研究对象,从分析新区现状停车存在的问题与特征入手,提出了新区停车发展的思路与策略,并针对新区未来的停车发展的举措与政策给出相关建议.
Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and society in recent years,the process of urban motorization in the West Coast New Area of Qingdao,Shandong,has been advancing rapidly.The three highs problem of high vehicle ownership,high growth rate and high utilization rate has become increasingly prominent.The contradiction between parking supply and demand has affected the healthy operation of urban traffic.In order to better solve the problem of parking difficulty in the new area,the parking development strategy in the new area is systematically planned.Taking the parking system of Qingdao West Coast New Area as the research object,this paper analyzes the existing problems and characteristics of parking in the New Area,puts forward the ideas and strategies of parking development in the New Area,and gives relevant suggestions for the measures and policies of parking development in the New Area in the future.
