摘要

污水管网作为重要的城市基础设施,需确保其安全、有效地实施及运行.文章针对小口径污水管道倒虹穿越河道的施工工艺及后期清淤养护问题,结合上海市某道路工程实例,探讨小口径污水管道倒虹穿越河道的设计施工要点.主要研究小口径污水倒虹管施工工艺,详细介绍了微型顶管法的技术要点和施工流程.此外,对长距离且空间受限、清淤养护不便的污水倒虹管设计方案进行了比选,提出采用人工格栅的解决方案.该工程的成功实施,可为后续类似工程提供参考.

Abstract

As an important urban infrastructure,sewage pipe network needs to ensure its safe,effective implementation and operation.Aiming at the construction technology and later dredging and maintenance problems of small diameter sewage pipeline inverted siphon crossing the river,combined with a road project in Shanghai,this paper discusses the design and construction points of small diameter sewage pipeline inverted siphon crossing the river.It mainly studies the construction technology of small diameter sewage inverted siphon,and introduces the technical points and construction process of micro pipe jacking method in detail.In addition,the design schemes of sewage inverted siphon with long distance,limited space and inconvenient dredging and maintenance are compared and selected,and the solution of using artificial grid is proposed.The successful implementation of the project can provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
