面向智能建造的小箱梁方案设计

面对建筑工业化向智能制造转型的行业发展方向,从推动小箱梁结构的智能化建造为目标,文章通过调研,了解目前工厂中各工序智能化生产的难点,聚焦到生产环节中最困难的钢筋自动绑扎节点.综合考虑国内的数控钢筋绑扎设备在设计研发、生产制造方面的发展水平,预计未来会出现多种方案解决等壁厚的闭板状构造和箍筋的自动化绑扎,文章提出将小箱梁钢筋笼划分为"顶板+底板+2 个腹板"的 4 个基本钢筋模块再拼装的总体方案,并细化成 3 种构造措施的实施方案.以典型道路小箱梁为例,分析 3 种实施方案的结构设计可行性和工艺便捷性,通过比选,推荐采用小箱梁腹板设置厚度突变段,底板保持厚度不变的方案.
Scheme Design of Small Box Girder for Intelligent Construction
In the face of the industry development direction of building industrialization to intelligent manufacturing,the goal is to promote the intelligent construction of small box girder structure.Through investigation,it understands the difficulties of intelligent production of various processes in the current factory,and focuses on the most difficult node of automatic binding of reinforcement in the production process.Considering the development level of domestic numerical control reinforcement binding equipment in design,research&development,production&manufacturing,it is expected that there will be a variety of solutions to solve the closed plate structure with equal wall thickness&the automatic binding of stirrups in the future.It puts forward the overall scheme of reassembling the small box girder reinforcement cage into four basic reinforcement modules of roof+floor+2 webs,and subdivides it into three implementation schemes of structural measures.Taking a typical road small box girder as an example,it analyzes the structural design feasibility&process convenience of the three implementation schemes.Through comparison,it is recommended to adopt the scheme of setting sudden change section in the web of the small box girder&keeping the thickness of the bottom plate unchanged.
