Design of 230 m Composite Deck Tied Arch Bridge on Shanghai Puxing Highway
The main bridge of Shanghai Puxing Highway is a through composite deck tied arch bridge with a span of 230 m and a width of 43.4 m.The arch axis of the main arch adopts a quadratic parabola, the rise span ratio is 1/5,the arch rib is 3.6 m high, and the arch ribs are connected by 6 straight cross braces, with an inclination angle of 12°.The arch bridge adopts a basket arch arrangement, and the main arch is composed of arch ribs and transverse braces. The arch ribs adopt a welded rectangular steel box structure, maintaining equal height and width along the arch axis.Fork ear plates are used on the suspension rod anchoring arch, and anchor pipes are used on the tie beam. Both the fork ear plate and anchor tube are inserted into the partition. The bridge deck system is a composite bridge deck structure, and the bridge deck is made of C50 thick 260 mm precast concrete slabs. The key technical issues include determining the reasonable completion state of the bridge, designing the anchorage of the suspension rods and tie bars, analyzing the cracking control of the concrete bridge deck, and analyzing the structure of the arch beam joint.Calculation analysis shows that the static, dynamic, and stability of the bridge meet the design requirements.
