In recent years,with the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry,the passenger throughput of Hohhot Baita Airport has been increasing.Currently,the airport facilities are severely saturated and unable to cope with the rapidly increasing volume of civil aviation passenger business.The original site of Baita Airport no longer has the conditions for further expansion.To cope with the sustained and rapid growth of aviation business,promote regional economic and social development,and improve the comprehensive transportation system,it is imperative to build the new Hohhot Airport.It conducts an in-depth study on the layout planning and design of the comprehensive transportation hub at Hohhot New Airport,aiming to develop a scientifically reasonable road traffic plan,optimize traffic organization flow lines,and improve the efficiency of land-based traffic flow at the airport.On the one hand,it supports the engineering construction of the project,and on the other hand,it can also provide reference for the construction of other comprehensive transportation hubs.
