Discussion on Design of Tailwater Drainage Works in Eastern Jinshan District of Shanghai
The project is located in the eastern part of Jinshan New City,Jinshan District,Shanghai.With the development of the economy,the sewage discharge in this area has been increasing year by year,and the current capacity of the tailwater discharge pipe no longer meets the planned discharge capacity.Therefore,it is urgent to build a new tailwater discharge project in the eastern area of Jinshan District.The project covers 6 key components:sea discharge pump station,land discharge pipe,high-level well,sea discharge pipe,diffuser,and emergency discharge pipeline.Determine the discharge outlet area through factor superposition analysis,and then clarify the specific route of the discharge pipe through stability analysis of coastal erosion and sedimentation.The sea release pipeline section adopts top-down construction,with Q235-B pipe material,a single section length of 6 m,a wall thickness of 30 mm,and an inner diameter of φ2 000 mm.The length of the sea discharge top pipe is 2 100 m(including 1 880 m of sea discharge pipe and 220 m of diffuser),which is one of the long-distance steel top pipes for tailwater discharge into the sea in China.The design and implementation are difficult and complex.The article aims to guide and demonstrate other tailwater discharge projects by introducing and analyzing relevant nodes and sharing design experience.
