摘要

随着信息化时代的到来,数字孪生技术在建筑信息模型(BIM)和物联网中发挥了重要作用,为智慧城市建设提供了新的思路和方法.深圳市埔地吓三期水质净化厂项目是国内首个BIM全生命周期落地应用的水质净化厂,综合运用了BIM、GIS、云计算、大数据分析等多种先进技术,建立了智慧运营管控平台,实现了从设计、施工、运营到维护的全过程管理.项目各工艺段流程数字化、控制系统智能化、生产巡检智能化,实现了资源统筹、高仿真模拟、各工艺流程数字化和可视化,具备了预测预警预案等功能,提高了水质净化厂的运行效率和水质安全,为智慧城市建设发展做出了有益探索.

Abstract

With the advent of the information age,digital twin technology has emerged as a pivotal player in building information modeling(BIM)and the Internet of Things,offering novel insights and methodologies for smart city development.The Shenzhen Pudixia Phase Ⅲ Water Purification Plant stands as the inaugural water purification facility in China to fully implement BIM throughout its lifecycle.By seamlessly integrating advanced technologies like BIM,GIS,cloud computing,and big data analytics,it has forged a smart operation and control platform,ensuring comprehensive process management spanning from design,construction,operation to maintenance.The project boasts digitized process segments,an intelligent control system,and smart production inspections.This has facilitated resource coordination,high-fidelity simulations,and the digitization and visualization of various process flows.With capabilities such as predictive and early warning systems,it has elevated the operational efficiency and water quality safety of the purification plant,thus paving the way for beneficial explorations in smart city development.
