SHA8-21(02)—2022《上海市城镇排水管道工程概算定额》为上海市行政区域范围内排水管道工程,提供初步设计概算、投资估算、建设投资评审、设计方案比选等投资决策依据和参考.文章阐述了该定额的重要性、编制原则、内容及调整、技术特点、效益分析,以及运用等方面的内容.定额已由上海市住房和城乡建设管理委员会批准,以沪建标定[2022]653 号文予以发布,在上海全市范围内实施,取得了良好的使用效果和社会反响.
Abstract
SHA8-21(02)—2022 Budget Estimate Quota of Shanghai Urban Drainage Pipeline Engineering provides investment decision-making basis and reference for preliminary design budget,investment estimation,construction investment review,design scheme comparison and other aspects of drainage pipeline engineering within the administrative area of Shanghai.The article elaborates on the importance,compilation principles,content and adjustment,technical characteristics,benefit analysis,and application of this quota.The quota has been approved by the Shanghai Municipal Housing&Urban-Rural Development Committee and issued in the form of Document No.Hu Jian Biao Ding[2022]653,implemented throughout the city of Shanghai,achieving good usage effects and social feedback.
