摘要

为研究不同龄期喷射混凝土的力学性能,文章进行了单轴抗压强度试验、劈裂抗拉强度试验和杨氏模量试验,分析了喷射混凝土的力学性能经时变化规律.试验结果表明:喷射混凝土早期强度发展迅速,1 d龄期的单轴抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度均达到 28 d龄期各自强度的 50%,杨氏模量达到 28 d龄期的 60%;单轴抗压强度分别与劈裂抗拉强度、杨氏模量在试验龄期内存在线性关系.

Abstract

To study the mechanical properties of sprayed concrete at different ages,this article has conducted uniaxial compressive strength tests,splitting tensile strength tests and Young's modulus tests,and has analyzed the changes in the mechanical properties of sprayed concrete over time.The experimental results show that the early strength of sprayed concrete develops rapidly,with the uniaxial compressive strength and splitting tensile strength at 1d reaching 50%of the strength at 28d,and the Young's modulus reaching 60%of the strength at 28d.The uniaxial compressive strength is linearly related to the splitting tensile strength and Young's modulus at the test age.
