Taking the cross section of the Hangzhou Sijiqing Station turnaround line as the research object, the project cannot be constructed using conventional open cut method due to the influence of elevated structures, pipelines, etc.Combining with the construction limit requirements of the cross section,a rectangular pipe jacking method without columns is adopted for construction.Through theoretical analysis, finite element numerical simulation, field experiments, and other methods, analyze the structural deformation and internal force distribution of rectangular pipe sections without columns under operating and construction conditions, and compare and analyze the on-site monitoring data with numerical simulation and pipe section experimental data. The research has shown that the cross-section of rectangular pipe sections without columns meets the complex spatial and structural stress requirements of crossover lines, solving the problem of the unsuitability of open excavation methods for crossover lines under complex working conditions. It is worth referring to and learning from similar engineering projects.
