In recent years,innovation in information technology applications still faces challenges in the implementation of large-scale enterprises.Urban rail transit,as an important field in China's transportation industry,has a huge IT infrastructure and information system scale,making the transformation of information and innovation particularly complex.This study designed and implemented a one cloud,two cores,heterogeneous unified management information and innovation cloud base,providing a practical and feasible technical path for the future information and innovation work of the urban rail transit industry.
