云南省某市污水处理厂污泥综合处置设计方案

云南省某市现建有3座污水处理厂,总设计处理能力为11万m3/d,日产含水率80% 的污泥80 t,现有污泥处置设施已不能满足处理要求,污泥的处置问题已迫在眉睫.通过对各座污水厂污泥性质进行分析研究,发现污泥重金属含量少、有机质及氮、磷、钾含量较高,具备资源化利用条件.该市计划新建1座污泥综合处置中心,设置2条市政生活污泥处置生产线,设计总处理能力为80 t/d(污泥含水率80%),采用"好氧发酵+土地利用"工艺作为主要技术路线,实现污泥资源的回收利用.
Design Scheme for Sludge Comprehensive Disposal of a Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Yunnan
A certain city in Yunnan currently has 3 sewage treatment plants with a total design treatment capacity of 110000 m3/d and 80 t of sludge with 80% water content per day.The existing sludge disposal facilities can no longer meet the treatment requirements,and the problem of sludge disposal is imminent.Through the analysis and research on the sludge properties of each sewage plant,it is found that the sludge has low content of heavy metals,high content of organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,and has the conditions for resource utilization.The city plans to build a comprehensive sludge disposal center,set up 2 municipal domestic sludge disposal production lines,with a total design capacity of 80 t/d (sludge moisture content 80%),and adopt the aerobic fermentation+land use process as the main technical route to realize the recycling of sludge resources.
