基于"厂网河城"思路的小流域水质稳定达标探索及实践

近年来,随着水污染治理的不断深入,大部分城市的河道在旱季已经显著改善水质和岸线景观,但是在雨季时由于溢流污染等问题导致河道水质长期不达标.为了提高水环境治理的质量和效率,国家相关部门提出了"积极推行污水处理厂、管网与河湖水体联动'厂-网-河(湖)'一体化"的措施.因此,对小流域的水质稳定达标成为下一步水环境治理的重点.该文以广东省深圳市某小流域为例,以问题和目标为导向,从"厂"、"网"、"河"、"城"4个维度分别进行方案探索,并对实施效果进行分析.最后,总结了该项目的经验,以期为其他同类型项目提供借鉴和启示.
Exploration & Practice of Stable Water Quality in Small Watersheds Based on the Idea of Plant Network River City
In recent years,with the deepening of water pollution control,most urban rivers have significantly improved water quality and shoreline landscape in the dry season,but in the rainy season,the river water quality is not up to standard for a long time due to overflow pollution and other problems.To improve the quality and efficiency of water environment treatment,the relevant national departments put forward the measures of actively promote the integration of sewage treatment plants,pipe networks and river & lake water bodies plant-network-river (lake).Therefore,the stability of water quality in small watersheds has become the focus of water environment treatment in the next step.Taking a small watershed in Shenzhen,Guangdong as an example,it explores the scheme from the four dimensions of plant,network,river & city,and analyzes the implementation effect.Finally,the experience of the project is summarized in order to provide reference and enlightenment for other similar projects.
