Optimization Engineering Research on Pretreatment Measures of Kitchen Waste Leachate
The existing lime+CPAM coagulation and slag removal pretreatment process is used to treat kitchen waste leachate. After three-phase centrifugation, the outlet water is prone to scaling of pipes and equipment, and deactivation of activated sludge. In this paper, the pretreatment effects of four processes for leachate after three-phase centrifugation were studied, and the better process was selected to replace the existing pretreatment process. The results showed that PAC+NPA Mcoagulation, electrocatalysis, electrocoagulation and high-efficiency membrane filtration system all had precipitation effect on SS.Among them, the high-efficiency membrane filtration system has the best effect and can omit the subsequent slag removal process section of the screw stacker,PAC+NPAM coagulation process takes the second place, while the electrocatalysis and electrocoagulation processes have some effects but are not significant. After high efficiency membrane filtration,SS can be reduced to less than 100 mg/L,and the removal rates of CODCr and TP are 64.48% and 22.98%,respectively,and the pH of effluent also increases;Subsequently,it can directly enter the anaerobic system without secondary pollution and has almost no impact on the whole biochemical system.Based on the site feasibility, operation cost and operation, the high-efficiency membrane filtration process is selected to replace the existing lime+CPAM coagulation pretreatment process.
