摘要

广东省广州市健康城净水厂污泥干化工程土建设计规模27.3 tDS/d,近期设备安装规模18.2 tDS/d,采用"污泥浓缩+调理+板框脱水+热干化"的脱水干化处理工艺,污泥干化设施及主体构筑物置于地下层.项目建成后运行效果良好,实现了持续稳定运行,臭气得到了有效控制,臭气排放水平高于目前国内标准要求,顺利通过环保验收.文章详细介绍了污泥干化间的设计规模、设计参数、设计内容,重点分析项目物料平衡、热量平衡、运行成本等,并对主要设计特点进行了总结.

Abstract

The long-term design scale of the sludge drying project of Guangzhou Health City Water Treatment Plant in Guangdong is 27.3 tDS/d,and the short-term equipment installation scale is 18.2 tDS/d.The dewatering and drying process of sludge thickening+conditioning+frame dehydration+thermal drying is adopted,and the sludge drying facilities and main structures are located in the underground layer.After the completion of the project,the operation effect is good,the continuous and stable operation has been achieved,the odor has been effectively controlled,the odor emission level is higher than the current domestic standard requirements,and the project has successfully passed the environmental protection acceptance.This paper introduces the design scale,design parameters and design content of the sludge drying room in detail,focuses on the calculation of material balance,heat balance and operation cost of the project,and summarizes the main design characteristics.
