Fully Prefabricated Design & Intelligent Construction of Shield Tunnel in Shanghai Airport Connecting Line
Shanghai Airport Connecting Line shield tunnel adopts the country's first fully prefabricated structural design form,the engineering application has broken through a series of problems in design and construction,and put forward innovative solutions throughout the whole process,the main innovation achievements are:firstly,based on the precast design concept of the shield tunnel,the safety problems of precast structure for the inner arc members and the middle partition wall of the tunnel are solved through the structural safety checking calculation;second,innovative research and development of intelligent installation equipment,the formation of a complete set of tunnel prefabricated components installation control technology,to ensure the high quality,high efficiency,high precision installation requirements of large prefabricated components;thirdly,the quality evaluation system of shield tunnel prefabricated component installation is formed,and the whole process fine management of prefabricated component installation is implemented.The Shanghai Airport Connecting Line project has realized the intelligent construction of the shield tunnel with full prefabrication and high-quality and high-level green construction,which greatly improves the tunnel prefabrication rate and the intelligent assembly degree,and plays an innovative and demonstrative significance for the intelligent construction of the shield tunnel industry.
