雨污混接普查改造的机遇与数字化平台建设——以上海市奉贤区为例

数据质量差以及数据无法及时更新一直是数字化平台搭建的极大阻碍,而大范围的探查通常需要消耗大量人力与财力,造成数字化平台一直难以顺利推进,并存在使用体验差等问题.上海市开展新一轮雨污混接普查,对排水用户及公共排水管道进行全覆盖开井检查,并对近年CCTV检测资料进行梳理复核,为数字化平台的推进带来良好的建设基础.该文以上海市奉贤区雨污混接数字化平台开发建设为例,在已有公共排水管道数据的基础上,结合雨污混接普查成果资料,开发雨污混接普查及整治专项数字化平台,并展望长效运维多元化场景,持续推进排水管网数字化进程,提高运维人员工作效率.
Opportunities for the General Survey of Mixed Rainwater & Sewage Reconstruction & Digital Platform Construction:a Case Study of Fengxian District,Shanghai
Poor data quality and inability to update data in a timely manner have always been major obstacles to the construction of digital platforms,and large-scale exploration usually requires a lot of manpower and financial resources,resulting in difficulties in the smooth progress of digital platforms and poor user experience.Shanghai has launched this round of mixed rain and sewage survey,conducting full coverage well opening inspections on drainage users and public drainage pipelines,and reviewing recent CCTV detection data,providing a solid foundation for the promotion of digital platforms.This article takes the development and construction of a digital platform for rainwater and sewage mixing in Fengxian District,Shanghai as an example.Based on the existing data of public drainage pipelines and combined with the results of the rainwater and sewage mixing survey,a special digital platform for rainwater and sewage mixing survey and rectification is developed.It also looks forward to long-term diversified operation and maintenance scenarios,continuously promoting the digitalization process of drainage networks,and improving the work efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel.
