Research on Carbon Emissions & Economic Benefits of Ultra-Low Energy Residential Buildings in the Whole Life Cycle
The aim of this study is to fully understand the carbon emissions and economic benefits of ultra-low energy residential buildings. The life cycle assessment theory (LCA) is used to analyze the carbon emissions of building materials production, transportation, construction, operation and demolition.BESI software is used to simulate and modify the thermal performance of the enclosure structure,so that it can meet the requirements of energy-saving rate of various green buildings. And the construction cost benefit model is constructed to calculate the comprehensive economic benefit of all kinds of buildings. The results show that the carbon emission intensity of a typical ultra-low energy residential building in the cold area is 25.48 kgCO2e/m2•a,and the comprehensive benefit of the whole life cycle reaches 4.1559 million yuan, which can achieve the emission reduction target and economic benefit to a greater extent.
