Study on Mechanical Characteristics of Prefabricated Open Cut Tunnel Joint
Based on the prefabricated assembly test section project of the Wuning Road Rapid Reconstruction Project in Shanghai, this article discusses the calculation method of the bending stiffness of prefabricated and assembled open cut tunnel joints. On this basis, the bending moment transmission of joints under staggered assembly conditions is studied, providing reference for the design and calculation of joints in similar prefabricated and assembled open cut tunnel projects. The research results indicate that compared to rigid joints, calculating longitudinal seam joints based on hinged joints will cause a decrease in the internal force calculation results at the connection positions between the top plate, bottom plate, and side walls, while increasing at other positions. The internal force changes of the structure caused by through seam assembly and staggered seam assembly, except for the joint position, are relatively small, with a maximum change amplitude of less than 8%.Misalignment assembly can cause a decrease in internal forces at the longitudinal joint position and an increase in internal forces at the corresponding joint position of the adjacent ring.
